Just a reminder to get out and vote in the CD2 election tomorrow to replace Chris Stewart.
Choices are pretty simple on what they’re running off of.
Becky Edwards—running as a common sense moderate. Served in Utah legislature for 10 years.
Celeste Maloy—Chris Stewart’s chief of staff. Party nominee at convention chosen by delegates. Not really running off much more than that.
Bruce Hough—running as the super Trumpy candidate. That’s all.
You have to be registered as a Republican to vote in this primary election, or be non-affiliated/independent and then you can register at the polls to vote in it.
I voted for Edwards, if you live in congressional district two where Chris Stewart has represented and want a non-Trumpy reasonable representative, I would encourage you to do the same. You can live anywhere from Bountiful to St George to Salt Lake and be in this district. Make sure to go vote or turn in your ballot.
