I've lost count how many times I've sprained my left ankle.

The thing that sucks about sprains is that after you have your first sprain, you are way more susceptible to more for a while until they fully recover.

I have really bad ankles.
They are made of glass. I have always done allot of rough **** in my life and never broke anything else though. It's amazing that I have not broken any bones in my hands or wrists after all the times I have punched things.

My ankles just really suck
