I'm just not a fan of how the minutes are being allocated. We get torched on D with Millsap and Jefferson on the court together. Foye gets way too many minutes. Great guy to give 15-20mmp MAX. Clippers should win this game...they are playing really well. And Chris Paul is running the pick and roll really well and we know how good the Jazz are against the pick and roll

Locke posted yesterday that the worst defense rating of any two person combination was Milsap and Favors. I was shocked.

Probably just small sample size I'm betting. That and who else was on the floor with them? Tinsley and Foye?

This is a perfect example of why Locke's stats are ridiculous.

He cherry picks certain stats twists them to meet whatever he wants to prove.

Millsap and Favors are some of our better defenders. It's plain and easy to see. Favors is our best defender, easily. I remember not too long ago Locke was proving how Jefferson wasn't that much suck on defense.

It's the same garbage he used to pull to make Boozer and AK appear not suck.

The problem is, people have eyes, and some people actually watch the games.

Millsap is by no means a lockdown defender, but he's better than Jefferson. Favors definitely needs to improve, especially when you consider his foul rate. He's way above Jefferson or Millsap in defense. But Tinsley, Jefferson, and Foye might be some of the worst defenders in the entire league. Why no mention of those? Why no mention of more Burks? Because it would upset the company line?
 
It will be 35-17 Clippers at the quarter break and they'll cruise from there. Afterwards, Randy Rigby will claim we're making progress because the final score will be 112-98, only a 14-pt loss. Ty will continue to maintain that the only problem with the Jazz is that they get off to slow starts. But, of course, no changes will be made to the starting lineup.

I think he's just trying to get people to feel better about trading Millsap because a trade is coming up. Bye Millsap. It was good having you. :(

but i dont recognize jazz basketball from this team.

sure the occasional flashes from bench warmers.
but the majority of big players dont show a single shred off jazzbasketball.
