We stink

Yes, you had several posts with vague and mostly abstract thoughts. None of which were particularly disagreeable on ‘vague’ or ‘abstract’ grounds; but all of which became much harder to agree with in real-world scenarios... which you aren’t particularly fond of putting out there.

That’s all good, I suppose... but it’s stomach-turning to hear you crow about being right or ahead of the curve in some way when you peddle in vagaries and abstractions.
Oh damn!

I think there are feasible moves available, might take some real assets, but I just don't think the FO sees it that way. We've had opportunities to address the issues we have, and we have focused more on safe plays rather than risky ones. I wish they'd take a risk to possible cover the gaps, but they are pretty risk-averse. Say what you want about Ainge, but he took the risks and won a ring. Sometimes that's what it takes.
Outside of picking up Dunn or some other guy already on the scrap heap I don’t think we have the assets for anything good. Our draft assets are gone. We don’t have gods young players to spare. About the best move that might be on the table is something around JC and Eric Gordon but even that may not be there. I think Houston can find an expiring for Gordon. Maybe a three team deal with Cleveland?

I think the Jazz were in desperate need of a practice day to fix some things. It looks like they finally got a practice in today, so hopefully that helps. Also, appears Rudy Gay should be making an appearance soon.

Who’s God’s young player? That sounds like someone who can help us.

I noticed Rudy, Dok and Jared appear on the Stars roster. I wonder is this means they will be playing in the Stars next game?

Seems like we start slow every year and look terrible and we all start to panic and then suddenly we go on a huge run and win like 20 of 22 games. Hopefully we're on the verge of making another one of those big runs.
Have we started slow or just had a more difficult schedule to start the season in the past? The past two games are concerning since we were at home against teams we had rest or health advantages against. On the other hand it's only two bad losses, happens to every team.

Snyder team's are prone to going on runs though, so I'll look forward to that.
