I've been a big Doris Duke fan since I learned about her a few years ago. While her songs are not conventional love songs and most of them are rather melancholy, they always get me.

The lyrics are so sad...for so many reasons.

What does this mean? Im not up on all the forum scuttlebutt. I know Archie referenced some football players wife in the last game chat, but I didnt really get what he was trying to say. PM is this is a sensitive subject.
