What would it take for Gordo to make it to the AS Game?

Not quite. The East was very good in the mid- to late-90s.

True. Still 15 years of dominance is a long time. And the current lottery system actually hurts many eastern teams. Teams with bad records make the playoffs and lose a chance at the lottery. Decent teams with better records than the 8 and sometimes 7 and 6 seed from the East get a lottery pick. Each team has their own plane. Flights are easier. They should divide the games more evenly and take the top 16 teams in the playoffs.

If SF was its separate position in the voting he will have better chance. He's arguably in the mix for top 3 SF in the west. But the PF/C in the west is super loaded position so out of 12 players there is practically only one SF(Durant) and there probably wasn't going to be one if Durant was still injured...

Yeah, and then move who West cupcake?

Well sponge bath, The NBA is due for duo expansion teams. With most rosters being fully loaded and a growing D-League, I think it would make sense to move 2 teams East, and create 2 expansion teams for the West. Seattle is obviously ready to go for an NBA team again, and there have been a lot of talk bringing a team to Vegas. I think its a great time to bring in some expansion teams, the NBA is well over due.
