I think it’s easy to underestimate team chemistry, or in this case a lack of team chemistry and the fact they don’t like playing together. This team as constructed could be elite if they weren’t all douchbags.
i thought Kyle Anderson was a cool dude.. didn’t think he had it in him to call out Rudy like that.

I like Rudy, but that kind of money for a mostly one dimensional player is tough to fit in a salary cap.
If the Jazz hadn’t given him that contract, I believe another team would have. That’s proven by the trade with Minnesota.
I enjoyed having him on the team, but going forward I'm happy we got all those assets instead of keeping him.
