Eric Woodyard: The Utah Jazz have a verbal agreement in place to sign French wing player William Howard, but it’s “still far to go with buyout and contract signings,” per a Deseret News source. He is still under contract with Limoges in France.

His dad is William "skip" Howard, former American player who used to play in France in the 80'. He was born in France, and according to what he said, he remember watch his father play when he was younger but don't have a lot of memories of him. Then, he tried to go in NCAA but finally came back to France and signed with a professional team.
