Why didn't the Jazz keep Millsap around?

Most definately not a 3 and d. He is a bit of a defensive luability at the 4

I think pursuing DMC at about four years, 25-28M range would be an interesting choice. He started here. He has a good relationship with Quin. He knows our system. He could be the 3&D guy we need.

What are people's thoughts? 4 years and how much money? If we got him, do we comfortable with sliding Hayward to the 2?
