Yep. It must be some sort of competition that happens even less frequently than the Olympics... or more likely a typo on the part of the video owner. I can't stop laughing about it, though. I've done a bit of sailing and figured out what was really going on fairly early on so maybe that's why I thought his cluelessness was so hysterical.
