What's new

Worst 60 dollars I've ever spent.

Ok this probably doesn't need a new thread but I don't care. I just got home from the game and I'm disgusted that I went and actually spent money to see these guys. I had season tickets the past 4 seasons in Utah and have seen some terrible, terrible loses, but this one takes the cake. What a joke.

I want my money and time back. I guess I should have known this was coming, but this bad? This bad?

If I see Al spin baseline and cut-off any angle he might have to the backboard and try to force a layup while a defender has him pinned against the baseline and practically under the basket...I'm going to freak out.

To top the night off (other then it being -17 degrees outside), while I'm walking out (halfway through the 4th) there is this homeless prostitute looking girl who laughs and says..."Leaving already?" I laugh and say, "Yeah, and I'm a Jazz fan, I can't believe I paid money for this." To which she replied: "You suck, go back to Utah Mormon."

Thanks homeless prostitute, a cherry one top of a pile of crap.

Anyways, while this sucks, just be glad you didn't spend 60 bucks to see it.

I almost drove 311 miles to this game, and back. No joke, but after the losses against the Hawks and Grizzlies two weeks ago, I knew better. I went to last season's blowout there.

Don't feel bad though, here's my week so far:

200 Mile drive to MD, 35 Minute train ride, and back. Total cost of gas, train ticket, game ticket approximately $63.

120 Mile drive to Newark and back, $25 for parking (what a rip, wasn't leaving my car in an unattended lot for $5 though), total cost approximately $61 plus the opportunity cost of the overtime I could have worked instead of going to this game

120 Mile drive to Philly and back, total cost $58 (I don't even want to go)

And wear on my damn winter tires!!!!

Good thing I get the cheap seats.

Dang, sorry man. I must say that is worse then my night. I hope they can get a win for you tomorrow...doubt it though.

Apparently you didn't go to the TCU vs Utah game. Man, I feel for those fans...

Yeah, the only Jazz player worth watching is CJ Miles. By far the best player on the team and perhaps the best player ever to wear a Jazz uniform. I wish he would shoot more.
