I am hearing that Markkanen wants off the bulls and is looking for a SnT. Would you be willing to make that deal?

I know he is a free agent and the only way the jazz could get him would be with a SnT.

No, but I'd take a flier on him depending on what his next deal looks like.

Lauri's next deal should be a 1+1 or 2-year deal in the $10M range for him to prove he can stay healthy and contribute to winning. It wouldn't surprise me to see him traded for Marvin Bagley.

Lauri has some game though, and might fit quite well next to Gobert. He also fits Donovan's timeline. I think the Jazz would do a better job of featuring him than the Bulls have. He can pick and pop in his sleep.

And a S&T either doesn’t need to happen or could not happen from what I’ve read from some around here.

Would be comfortable with Bird Rights after signing the QO and the ability to extend. If he sucks, he just is gone, but I think Gay would work as an insurance policy.
 
Right now it’s a no, but I have to wonder how much Bogey has left in the bank. I’d at least think about it before saying no.
 
Bulls seem to be in a win now mode. Bogey would help with that.

I think Markkanen could come close to replacing what Bogey brings to the Jazz and is younger.

What about Clarkson?

Bulls would absolutely trade Markkanen for Bogdanovic, even though they really want a more defensive player. Jazz wouldn't move Bogey for Markkanen though.

Jazz might offer a FRP and take him into the Favors TPE if he'll fit. It all depends on the new deal Lauri signs for.
