"X AND O’S == Kanter’s Super Pick and Roll Defense"

I don't know how fast he is, but, he plays very intelligently. You just watch his spacing when he's on defense. It's incredible. He's usually always in the right position at the right time. I wish I could show some footage comparing Kanter to Jefferson defending the pick and roll but, it's quite the difference. Kanter usually guards 2 men effectively where Jefferson is lucky to guard even one.

Of course, on the other end of the floor Jefferson wipes the floor with Kanter. So, it's not like Jefferson is giving us nothing. He's seemingly vital to our offense as of now.

From what I've seen Kanter is just a very, very intelligent basketball player. Hard worker too from what I hear.

Also, I had a thought today. I think it's nice how Corbin is playing Kanter AND Favors a lot at the same time. He's letting them build some chemistry together now for preparation for the future. Nice little move by Corbin. I think most coaches wouldn't put two young guys out there at the same time, instead preferring to run a veteran alongside each one when possible.

Now, if we can just learn to crack the zone defense we'll be getting somewhere.

Ghosts sit around the campfire at night telling Enes Kanter stories.

Sharks have a week dedicated to Enes Kanter.

Enes Kanter doesn't call the wrong number. You answer the wrong phone.

If at first you don't succeed, you're not Enes Kanter.

Enes Kanter is what Willis was talkin' 'bout.

Superman got an Enes Kanter tattoo.

My GF's favorite player is Kanter.

She is a mathematician and tells me there was a very famous math dude named Cantor, who studied infinity. When she saw that Enes wears #0, that clinched the deal, since infinity and zero share a profundity in their difference.

She also likes that he leads the league in hair-follicle density.

that's all.

Playing with smarts greatly reduces the athleticism needed to compete in most sports. That's why vets who have learned their craft and still have some athleticism left can remain competitive against guys much younger and athletic. I'm sure the Jazz brass knew Kanter had a high BB IQ to go with his size and strength before deciding not to re-sign guys like Fes and Elson. They knew Kanter could get on the court and not hurt the team! Heck, he's obviously an UPGRADE, and at just 19! Wow...
