I never watched The Brady Bunch until my kids found it on some obscure TV channel and watched it a couple of times. Hey there's a new TV series called The Brady(Polygamous)Bunch or maybe it was just mocked with that alternative title, I dunno. Brady Williams and his five wives. Kinda trying to keep the flame alive, I suppose.
 
I met Greg Brady (Barry Williams). My wife was working at the university in the student activities area and they had booked him to speak. I went to pick her up for lunch and he was sitting there. A few people came in and tried to say hi and introduce themselves. He was a first class prick. My wife said all he did was complain about everything the whole day and say rude things to and about people. *******.

People who are "good" actors are actually utilizing a "skill" called dissociative identity. Not really very "integrated" at the highest management level of the human brain. Some people have a kind of "integrity" that totally rules out acting.

He probably thought he was having a bad day, could think of a lot of better places to be, and was tired of having to smile at everybody no matter how he was feeling, actually. Wished people could just ignore him. Wished the nurses didn't know who he was and just brought him the pain meds without going goo-goo over him. No clue about thinking of how others might be feeling, maybe.

The Brady Bunch was a sitcom where he had to be nice about everything. I can see that turning a person into a bear.

So where are all the ninja cops with their guns in this thread? Should we hit up BYUTV with this idea for Studio C?

The Brady Bunch out on a picnic, enjoying the warm spring sun, the green grass, and the butterflies, when. . . .

ten black helicopters swoop down with loudspeakers commanding that they spread eagle on the grass and not move, while two hundred AK-15 cops with gas masks and body armor come over the hill, and give them a ticket for malicious trespass on public land, vandalism in bending the grass, and exhuming carbon dioxide.

The chief obstacle to making it work is how to make morons out of the Brady Bunch, and the ninja cops, too. Probably not too much of an obstacle. . . .

nah..... couldn't really be "funny" because it would just be too true.

what's with all this racist terminology. I think we're getting more racist, not less. When I was a kid, there was no "White" Shadow or even a "Black" Shadow. I was just a fan of "The Shadow" who knew.

Well, I imagine Barry Williams was still pretty cranky about getting his *** whooped by Danny Bonaduce on Celebrity Boxing a few years back. I mean, being on Celebrity Boxing is bad enough, that's like public admission that you are flat broke. But then to get rocked by that ginger from the Partridge Family? Oooof.
