Doc Rivers to the Utah Jazz if Quin Snyder leaves?

Bleacher Report’s Jake Fischer reported that the Los Angeles Lakers will fire Frank Vogel, and that Utah Jazz coach Quin Snyder could replace him. Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers could replace Vogel or Snyder.

I have a hard time imagining this is true, and I don't love the idea of losing Snyder--though after another disappointing playoff loss, I don't think we are going to have a choice but to shake up the coaching staff. That being said, I'd be curious to see if Doc could be good with Mitchell. Maybe that's what Mitchell needs in his career right now.

I think Doc is one of the most overrated coaches of my lifetime and seems like a horrendous fit with the city and team.

A first round loss will be disappointing but this year not at all a surprise. The surprise this year would be advancing.
