A low release for a 7 footer is actually quite "high"?
Not if he's defended by another 7 footer. "high" is relative...

Can we have a constructive discussion instead?
Like Jazz4ever, he actually provided useful info? And did you notice that I actually "Like" his post even though his conclusion is counter to my view?
Interesting the numbers guys have Hezonja so low and the Utah guys so high. This is the second time ive seen this. Also, Pelton has Zhou Qi as his top prospect, somewhat echoed here.

Good. I hope teams' GMs are just as dumb so we can nab him and get the steal of the draft once again.
I don't think they properly rate the Euro leagues... good basketball out there... much better than college.
Also, he is playing today... not having a stellar game, but check out Ante Tomic... 20 points 3 rebounds and 2 assists in 20 minutes. He was 9/10 from the field.
Tibor has 12 and 9 in 17 minutes. One of these guys is on the team next year... the other is a decent trade asset. You have to figure scouts are at that game watching this to scout Mario.
I don't think scouts underestimate the leagues. Even GMs that dont have a lottery pick fly over to scout projected top10 prospects, just in case someone from somewhere(Sacramento) proposes crazy trades.
I think some may misinterpret players within the parameters of teams and leagues they play in, as it's super hard to really accurately translate what's going to translate unless these players dominate the veteran competition in multiple ways. That's for example the main reason I knew Mirotic was going to be very good in the NBA. He was just good at so many things.
I think there is a reason DL asked for Pleiss from the OKC trade. I have a feeling bringing over Tomic is going to cost as too much. Either that or DL doesn't think Tomic is going to be a good fit.
He is also ready to come over soon... think he was supposed to come over last year. He had 12 pts 12 reb and a couple blocks. He probably has late first rounder type trade value.
