Just don't see Jazz making a blockbuster trade.
They were winning and looking very good once they got rid of Kanter and started Exum.
They can get a very good player at #12 that will help them.
They may even get another good player at #42.
They have money to sign an affordable FA that can help.
There is no urgency to risk a questionable trade.

I think I prefer going 19-10 post all-star break(and seeing what this core can be) and getting pick no. 12 than going 10-19 and getting pick no 7.

IMO, the Heat will probably still draft, maybe the trade is a smokescreen to attract offers. The Heat would probably take Johnson or Booker. They like both.
