So there was a whole thread about how the owners lost money. The players gave in, and yet the owners are still complaining about losing money. This is hard for me to believe.
Then there's the whole John Oliver argument:

In a nutshell; The owners of teams demand new stadiums and have the city foot part or all of the bill, while the owners reaps the profits.
So it seems to me we're seeing the owners get new stadiums purchased for them, and not using the income from that stadium that the people paid for against the team, therefore making it look like the teams are losing money.
Does this seem fair?
