Can the C.J. Miles experiment please end?

FWIW - Hayward did shoot over 50% for the month of February. He's also playing smart basketball with better defense then I thought he'd ever play.

At this point I don't think it's a matter of giving Hayward minutes to develop them. In my opinion he's flat-out earned them over Miles.

I think Hayward and CJ should split the minutes pretty evenly. Yes, Hayward has been playing better as of late, but he still is a poor finisher (which I dont really understand how he can throw down a powerful lefty slam on someone, then he can put up some of the weak stuff he puts up).

CJ is a better finisher, but I think Hayward has the quicker first step to actually draw some defense. Hayward is also the better passer in traffic.

What happened to all you Horny lovers who said he would make CJ shoot better?

I just wanted to say Horny lovers. I don't blame Hornacek for CJ.

I think CJ is hurt a little by the absence of DWill.

So the 40.7% FG's is related to DWill's absence? I wasn't aware he had put up 630 attempts since the trade. CJ has had 3 different chances to be a starter at both SG and SF. Miles looked like he was finally coming around back in 2007-08. Since then he's regressed each season.

No, the experiment cannot end. CJ Miles is the next Tayshawn Prince. He will lead us to the promised land in 2016.

why is he still playing? he cant do anything, he is stupid(brick after brick after brick) and lazy(no defense, no rebounds). give his minutes to any player, hayward could take all of his.

the fans should start booing or something.

Alright... I'm finally on board with this thread. I've been patient with the kid. I've lost it.
But......I think you've got to play him at least 20 minutes so that he has some trade value. Maybe he gets hot and his stock goes back up a bit, but, yeah, get him the **** out of town.

CJ's bad shooting has nothing to do with Duron leaving.

1. CJ isn't mentally tough
2. Still doesn't understand basic Basketball. If your jumper isn't going in everyone else's solutions: Take it to the rack. Get to the FT line. Get confidence going. CJ's solution: Chuck more. And farther out...
3. Inconsistent. Something needs to be done about his drinking habits...

Jerry and KOC tried this before the trade deadline and no team bit. His minutes would approach zero if they had anything better than the 2 worst 2 guards in the league.

Trade deadline is over. Next year I believe is a team option so we could not pick it up and allow him to be a free agent and his 4 million come off the books. If he does not start to play better this might be a real possibility. Possible to get a pretty good wing for that amount. I believe for instance Ariza signed for 4 million. Some unrestricted players after this year who might be in our range include: Battier, Azubuike, Grant Hill, Dunleavy, and josh Howard.

Everyone needs to give Trout positive for making this thread. Seriously, do it now.

Trout wins the interweb. Pos repped.
