I see a bit of DWill in Mack's game....
Both not really known as knock down point guards from 3. DWill can hit it but hardly consistent.
Double LMAO. Your boy Hayward is basically the Jazz's PG, he leads the team in Assists per game. Guess how many double digit assist games he's had this season?...ZERO. Last season?...ZERO Yeah, real easy.
In case this hasn't been posted yet:

Is what Mack is doing sustainable?? Did the wiz and Hawks not know what they really had?? He's gone from third string to traded to starter and has flirted with triple doubles the last three games. If he continues this, and all goes well with Exum Neto, we might be able to trade him to a pg starved team, or just have the best backup in the league.
maybe he's jeremy lin
What he's doing reminds me mor of Kyle Lowry. He came up in my mind a few days ago. He played for Memphis and Houston, and didn't become a starter till his sixth year. Also interesting is that he hovered around 25 to 27% from three till the year he became a full time starter. He couldn't shoot worth a damn, now he's thought of as a great shooter, someone u don't leave at the three point line. Look at Mack now, and he's all of a sudden hitting shots from all over the place.
I just see some similarities between the two. How amaizing would it be to see Mack have a similar rise. And to think we got him for a second round pick alone. We keep hearing about how DL needs to be fired, but look at all of the amaizing moves DL has made.

But he isn't the Jazz's PG. The Jazz's PGs can throw the ball to Hayward. Hayward can't pass the ball to himself and get an assist.
I don't think he is this good, but he's definitely better than his percentage showed in Atlanta. It's really hard to come off the bench with inconsistent minutes or in garbage time after sitting all night and shoot.
I just hope he is more consistent than Trey. Trey would give these glimmers and then go to **** for 10 games. He doesn't need to be Kyle Lowry and I don't really think he has anywhere near that ability. Giving us anything at the pg position is fantastic.
I didn't think Lowry had anywhere near this ability either. Not saying Mack will end up being as good, just pointing out some similarities in how their careers started. It's hard to ignore completely what Mack is starting to do.

Can the Beanclown experiment please end? He ever made a good point in his entire embarrassing existence?

Don't really know why you would trade him or for who? PG is set to be our weakest position for a long time and Mack looks to be better than Burke, Neto, and Exum for the foreseeable future. The fact the Jazz got him as he is just entering his prime (age 25) is a huge plus as well.
