Well I for one am glad that is over. I think the Jazz were fortunate to avoid a top three pick, they are clearly not rebuilding, they are ready to compete so a high lottery pick demanding playing time would just mess up team chemistry and set the team back. Because they draw for the first pick first and it takes 30 seconds. Less dramatic countdown.

They don't draw for every team, just draw three times for top three. Everything else falls into place. If they wanted to do it live, then they may as well not televise it at all
