Love Burks. He's fun to watch and could be a real offensive weapon off the bench if he can get (and stay healthy). I think he has the potential to be one of the best 6th men in the league. . .

With that said . . . He will also always be the guy that the Jazz drafted instead of Kawhi Leonard.

These "Early season storylines/questionmarks" type of conversations kill me these days.. I'm floored. they out-do themselves.


I never really understood why the selling point needed to go past "this is basketball season, the greatest team sport you'll ever ****ing see"

(but i digress)...



To me the fact that Burks is so readily lumped into these type of conversations speaks to the average fans disillusionment...................... Alec Burks is a ****ing rediculous bargain, at the prices of the last 2 summers.. So much so that no one here shoud have a bad word to say about him...


The Jazz are extremely fortunate to have him. I don't need to see him close 100 regular season games to believe he's capable, I don't need to see himtake 1000's of 3's to believe he's reliable, I don't need to see him come off the bench 100x to know that he light it up.. The footage speaks for itself...



Now I certainly don't have any insider info, but I can tell ya for damned sure, when all the chips are on the table, Alec will be the last ace Quinn's holding up his sleeve.

After not checking in for months, this is exactly where I expected PG_AB to have gotten to based on his previous trending. #fullblownAIDS

Awesome highlight video. Way more great assists on his highlight video than most people would think there would be.

Really sucks that he isn't healthy right now to snatch up all these available minutes while hayward is out.

Burks is a bargain? How the **** is a guy that never plays a bargain at 10 M per year? I'm sure his injuries are legit, it's just hard to fathom a guy being a bargain that never seems to be healthy enough to play and is also a 10M a year player. That's not close to a bargain.
 
I'll admit having this guy as our 6 or 7 man with the second unit sounds pretty nice.

Makes me sad too.

And to think that AB might never turn into the player he could be because he hits the ground so much just sucks. I'm not sure he can change his game.
 
He kinda pisses me off. Every injury with him takes 3x longer to heal then other players. He's been out 4-5 months with a "knee cleanout" like did they take the whole knee out?
