Following potential 2017 draftees...

Also Lonzo Ball's dad was interviewed on national tv last night during the portland game and it was nothing short of legendary. He guaranteed UCLA will win the national championship. Here it is;

"I’m gonna tell you right now before you see it: UCLA gonna win the NCAA Championship and you think I’m playin’...Right here and right now...Guaranteed! Come see me when they win it!" — LaVar Ball interview with ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, November 24, 2016.

Legendary idiocy.

Maybe we can also find the clip of when Mr. Ball "guaranteed" Chino Hills would go undefeated.
lol

Or when he guaranteed he'd have three sons on the 2020 Olympic team.
He's just a hyperbolic dude.

He's like full-time WWE. lol

I made a note to put Motley in there after the Oregon beatdown and forgot. As for my mock I'm trying to figure out how high Dwayne Bacon can go if he keeps playing as is.. (Well I guess 46% from 3 on 4.8 attempts per is unsustainable but ya knowwhat i mean)

I doubt he's draftable but Virginia Junior, 6'5-wing Marial Shayok, would be a player I'd be very happy to see the Jazz workout this year or next..

their matchup vs Iowa should be good.

6'9" shotblocking extraordinaire Mamadi Diakate is off to a great start for them too, shooting 82% from the field and almost 3blks per game in 16 minutes.

Early season highlights from Jonathan Isaac. Obviously not possible but I'd seriously consider trading Hayward or other major pieces for his draft-rights straight up.

Check out the steal/coordination at 1:35(yes he misses the dunk but before that) and the block and how he recovers the ball at 1:50. Brandon Ingram can do that but it certainly wouldn't look crisp and smooth like that... His body control is greater.

I'd even consider trading Hood for him tbpfh, (and sliding Hayward to SG when Isaac's ready). That'd completely solve the Hill or Favors dilemma too...

people here don't see it this way but let the record show I've always just been advocating snowballing assets to get bigger/faster/stronger/quicker/better/younger/more skilled/talented.. with a precise budget/multi-year outlook in mind. I'd say the vast majority of my posts here fall under that theme.

Man, I googled those kids..... the two younger ones do some creepy looking **** with their eyebrows.

This is the Dwayne Bacon I saw in HS that made me think "why did UK recruit Charles Matthews over this dude?"

this play is obviously unsustainable, but while he's running good I'll mention he could even approach the fringe lottery if he keeps playing like this.

Miles Bridges is moving to at least the fringe lottery in my next mock. Debating jumping him over Anunoby.. If he's gonna shoot threes like this there's no way he's falling far..

I haven't been following this class truthfully, but what little I've seen of Kansas' Josh Jackson looks promising. Fluid, alpha athlete, intangibles, confidence, ability to shift gears. He has some of the same qualities I liked in Paul George, though he doesn't have a clean release on his jumper right now.
