You still doing any rowing? We broke in the new year with a 2017 meter row. Not knowing about it beforehand, I didn't start on the rower, so my rotation hit in the middle of the workout. I did it in 7:17 which was the fastest of the day to that point (third class of the day). I could have done it faster, but my feet slipped out of the foot plates at least 4 times so I had to keep tightening the straps.

7:17 for how far? No, my wife gave birth on 12/21 and I've been busy with that and watching/betting all these damn bowls games.
2,017 meters. This was the first real distance row we'd done in a while. We've been doing 3 minute timed rows quite often. I'm always in the low 900 meters with that. Otherwise we've been doing a lot of 500 meter rows.

Debating about returning to Utah. It's possible I could run my business from there. My best freind just moved back and now my brother and his family are moving back.
Reasons to move back: Close to family & friends, Jazz games, mountains, cheaper living

Cape Cod, Martha's, Nantucket....
I was only there about 8 months, but wasn't impressed with the beaches. Too much snow.

They are seasonal yes, but Massachusetts has some of the best beaches in the country.
and Khloe Kardashian is hot.
