What's new

Following potential 2017 draftees...

Suggs is actually one of the safest bets to reach the status of some of these current elite freshman PG's.... Thats how far you might have to reach(2021 draft).. Many of the top ranked PG's in these HS classes of 2017-2019 look like complimentary pieces in comparison to these guys. The key word for this draft is really scarcity.

Suggs is also good enough to headline the 2021 draftee's thread... I seriously like his chances at going top-8. He's got Dennis Smith type of game and is a 6'4" 15 year old..

now that Fox is headed to the NBA he's my favorite PG in the land -- I can't fathom why UK doesn't already have an offer on the table, no guards in that class are going to surpass him. He's also considerably superior to Greg Anthony's son who I've hyped here, definitely better than LaMelo Ball.. JaVonte Smart (consensus topranked pg in 2018) and many more elite PG recruits..

He's in the conversation for best guard I've seen born in the 2000's up there with the stud NJ duo of Bryan Antoine and Scottie Lewis...

he's like a much better version of Austin Rivers that's a competent PG.

edit - Already has confirmed scholarship offers from; Georgia Tech, Wright State, Milwaukee, Baylor, UNLV, Iowa St., Minnesota, Marquette and Iowa.

I really like Luke Kennard. He's my favorite sleeper who isn't a consensus first rounder.

He's currently at #34 on DX. I wouldn't mind taking him with our first round pick or the GSW first rounder.

19.8 PPG and 45.8% from 3 on 5.2 attempts a game.

FSU can pretty much beat anyone if they play like that 109-61 vs a usually game Clemson team...

quiet game from Isaac. Bacon led the way and their bench shot like 80% it's insane...

Ethan Happ's balling on IU.

Tony Bradley with some loud contributions for UNC off the bench in a win over ND.
Ethan Happ doesn't have bad games.

I love him too but would not take him with our own 1st. That's a reach imo. I also worry from the limited time I've seen him about his athleticism and ability to get his shot off in the NBA. That may be way off though. Love him.

Don't look now, but while Fox, Ball and DSjr have all improved their play in conference play, Fultz has dropped off. Fultz has the lowest PER and TS% of the four in conference.

Fultz's eye test is still remarkable. I think this has more to do with game planning and lack of help. His 3 point pull ups on the move vs UCLA were silky smooth

I haven't seen one second of Fultz but I'll guess he'll be the classic stat stuffer, losing team guy.

GSW pick? Pretty much guaranteed to be #30.

Buffoonery, I'd take him with the Jazz's 1st round pick. There will probably be other players I'd rather take, but he is someone I would heavily consider depending on who is taken in front of that pick.

No, he is the clear cut best player in the draft on a terrible team. He isn't a losing player by any means. You put him on UCLA he has the same stats and they probably win just as many games, if not more, than they do with Ball.

I don't think so. You put Ball on Washington and they win more games.

Spare me the buffoonery. Ball wouldn't know what to do without the spacing UCLA's stacked team gives him. Fultz would be disgusting w/ how UCLA can spread the floor.

*And just to clarify, I'm not saying Ball sucks, but he is on a very atypical college team that can space the floor where Fultz is on a young team that can't.

You put TJ Leaf/Thomas Welsch in Washington's starting lineup and no one can guard that team. UCLA has such incredible spacing because of how those two can free up the paint.

You take Lonzo Ball off UCLA and they are still a tourney team, guaranteed.

You take Fultz off Washington and they struggle to win any games.
