Oakley arrested for attacking Dolan

Bad way to treat a fan favorite of your franchise. Dolan needs to grow a sack if he can't take a little criticism.

I don't know what to say about Oakley, but by all reports are he paid for that ticket. And security approached him before he even got to his seat. Then he gets kicked out in less than a few minutes. Seems pretty pathetic by the Knicks.

How would you respond to that? I'd be pretty damn pissed off as well.

The Knicks said that they hope he gets help. Either they don't believe that and they're just trying to smear his reputation for PR or they do believe he needs help and rather than help him or even just treat him with common courtesy they decided to poke the bear.

Seriously let's take the knicks at their word. Can you honestly imagine Gail Miller treating a former player who she believed needed help in this way? Would most people do that? Provoke someone did they have known for 20 years but they believed needed help and then publicly shame them?

Maybe Oakley needs help maybe he doesn't either way Dolan and the Knicks... Shameful.

Waj tweeted something that stuck "What Dolan doesn't understand: By trying to win battle w/ Oak, he's lost war. Between Dolan/Jackson, Knicks are toxic free agent destination."

I think that as long as Dolan and Jackson are there the Knicks will stay a dumpster fire.

At what point does the league get involved? Ever?

Yep. Jeff Hornacek is the one I feel really bad for.

I realize this is in no way like Donald Sterling but I still think the league needs to step in. Listening to the radio today someone mentioned that MSG sells out virtually every game. That being the case it doesn't matter the **** show that Dolan puts on the floor. It's bad for the league to let it continue.

That was passive aggressive gas lighting.

He is surrounded and has guys grabbing him....

ROFL, wut? Grabbing him? They're gently placing their hands on him because, well, he didn't like the fact that he was getting kicked out I guess. It seems as if they're trying to tell him, C'mon man, you gotta leave. We gotta exit you out of the building and he didn't want to hear it.

By the way, reports are he's banned for life from the arena.

He might be banned for life but the Knicks fans were chanting his name last night.
