The first of many 20pt games to come.

Look at the raw acceleration, my favorite drive is the one where he angles by Sabonis at top speed and leaves him in the dust.

Legitimately one of the quickest players 6'6" and above in the league.

Holy ****. Like a whole different person out there. His dribbling, the explosiveness, the willingness to attack the basket. And he's still not so far removed from the injury and damn young. Every game like this is another mental building block and if he can finish the season off the bench averaging about 9-10 per game in semi-limited minutes, then I think we have to move forward with him. We could still use one of our three 1sts on a pg to challenge him and push him and tighten up the backup spot but right now, based on this and his recent play, my bi-polar *** def wants to let Hill walk unless he's willing to stick around for 22M or less.

I still cringe every time he gets hit going to the basket but good thing is he keeps attacking it these days
Great highlights. Thanks PGAB.
Question for you PG-AB...
If you can only nominate 1 player in each of our picks in the upcoming draft, who would they be ????

Bro, I thought you're Turkish?

Doesn't change the fact that he asked to be traded.

I still watch him and I will be happy if he plays well but it just didn't work out here mostly because of Enes.

Locke said on the radio that the team did some tests on Exum and said he could very easily bulk up like Hayward. If he puts on 15 pounds those shots he struggles to finish won't be a struggle. If he maintains his speed and quickness with the extra bulk, he will be a force to be reckoned with!

Anyone else notice that Exum'a s handling before he decides to drive seems to be much improved as well?

I think that's important as it gives him more confident to go for the drive and not lose the ball on the way up.

Wow!

That was an encouraging highlight reel. The naysayers almost had me. I almost believed that Exum was a bust. I will never entertain those notions again. Busts can't do the things I just watched Exum do.

I think his "weak" handle was overstated... He generally would turn the ball over on bad passes, not steals or losing his handle.

his uncertain dribble with the left hand means he has to use his body to protect the ball more than he should, he doesn't get it stolen much but it makes it much harder for him to keep his eyes on the play while being pressured.

Awesome game tho, an offseason of gaining more core/hip strength as well as the upper body would help so much.

And if he ever gets to be a good shooter to the point he needs to be guarded .. look out

Man, his drives still look weak, and he flips up shots from all sorts of weird angles that don't look like they should be able to go in. He should be able to finish through a lot of the fouls he got.

But damn, has he improved from the beginning of the season. Even took that midrange jumper at the end. Going to the rim much more fearlessly even if his frame is not strong enough to finish well yet. Looking forward to next season for exum, with a stronger body and a better shot.
