Playoff Game 6: Jazz vs Clippers 4/28/17 8:30 PM, ROOT, ESPN

Ingles cant have another game where he scores 0 points. He and Snyder have to figure out a way for him to save some of his energy so he can do what he does best, hit some open corner 3's.

I think coaching is much more important when the team is young and inexperienced. Nobody discredits Pops when the Spurs play well. I thought the jazz started off well with the energy of the crowd, but the fact that they were playing tight caused them to struggle halfway through the first quarter and it never really got better from that point.

I also felt like he was slow to respond to whatever wasn't working. Just not on his game tonight and the team reflected that. Hopefully they all bounce back on Sunday.

Agreed. Not sure how you guard better than he has thus far, but it's exhausting him and Chris Paul is still killing the Jazz. Joe needs to contribute more. Especially shooting the ball. Not sure how they can afford to get little point production out of two starters.

I get exhausting you dont play as well, but exhausting you score 0 points in two games?
 
Still sad to think about Hill's FTS. 5/9 is pretty inexcusable. Even hitting 1 more puts us in a much better position to win the game.
 
And ****ing Mbah hit two open midrange jumpers? **** out of here, not to mention his open 3 he hit. Just some ludicrous ****.

The one thing I blame Snyder for is not giving Exum a shot at guarding Paul...what do we have to lose? Everyone else is doing a ****ty job at guarding him, why not give Exum a chance? I'm disappointed that Exum is basically getting zero playoff experience right now.

My suggestion that we aren't playing him because of contract was a reach. Just grasping at straws as to explain his not playing...

Exum played 18.6 mpg in 66 games this season. Neto played 8.6mpg in 40 games this season.

So the kid can help us win 51 games but can't see the floor in the playoffs. Just stupid.

I dont think we should afford to keep him. We can get another role player. And make sure to boost Rodney hood in the offseason to work on weak sides of his game. To be a contender, we dont need to be loaded with same type of wing players. Maybe resign Hill and get a sixth men like lou williams or just get a better pg than Hill. I would definitely give D-rose a try.

I wish I could give this more than 1 like. I've said it already on this thread and people actually rationalize Exum not seeing the floor. We can play him 19 per in the season but don't let him see the floor in the playoffs.

Worst case is Paul abuses Exum and draws a ton of fouls. We have seen that happen to Exum all year against star PGs for Exum.

Hill is doing a great job on Paul considering how impossible the refs make the task by calling him for a 3pt shooting foul every time he tries to hard to defend through the pick and when he is more careful he just gets hit with a uncalled moving screen.
