What team had cap space to officially offer him 15 million that he met with? Those are requirements to make an official offer. Yes they could make room and maybe implied that they would offer a certain amount but again those are not actual offers.

When you say "actual offers" what you're actually saying is "actual deals". It's dumb to conflate the two.

No I am saying an actual offer not and actual deal. For it to be an actual deal an actual real offer needs to be made and then Ingles would have to accept that offer. For it to be an actual official offer teams must be able to make that offer. If they do not have room yet its not a real offer. Its just a suggestion of what could happen if they chose to go down that road.

I meant to say that he could still win, but it would require the information coming out. There's no impatience. These responses are because Cy claimed to win and then said it was a push. If he's claiming that he's wrong. He has not won and it's not a push.

I will admit [MENTION=249]NAOS[/MENTION] I guess there is a chance one of the few teams with actual cap space to make an actual offer secretly met with Ingles and made an offer to him. That is within the realm of reality. There is no proof of it so I would still think Cy lost this. But, If for no real reason, information leaks about this secret meeting then Cy could be the winner.
