I do think if the Jazz have a shot at Gallinari they should just sign him. If Hayward cant make up his mind we should move on. Unless Jazz have some inside knowledge they are tight lipped about.
I just really hope he stays. ALL of our championship hopes rest on this decision. If he stays then we have a legitimate chance over the next 5-8 years. If he goes then it's game over. Either we try to burn it down and rebuild quickly within a few years around Rudy or (more likely because it's the Jazz way) we keep our team together, add a few vets to replace him, and fight for one of the final playoff spots every single year. Which is road to nowhere.
The Decision was great. People heard it from LBJs mouth and it raised a ton of money for charity.

Look *******, there is a big difference between little blue dudes, and those ****ing green sons a bitches. We kick their asses at softball every single year, and we're packing major hosage compared to their tiny little wee wees.
Don't you dare lump us in with those pathetic rainbow stashers.
There's no need for that. We have a number of young players who may turn out to be great. Just add a scorer to replace Hayward. We'll be a bit worse next year, but we'll recover.
I will say that Robyn isn't the biggest fan of Utah and as a devout Catholic, she would probably prefer Boston more.
So if we should blame anyone, it should be Joseph Smith.

The Jazz will remain in contact tonight with the Hayward camp, I'm told. But are giving space to Hayward himself.

Hayward damaging the Jazz with his indecision, we could have taken Gallinari or trade for Butler.
Hayward not showing any type of respect to the Jazz fans and franchise.
I still hope he makes like DeAndre Jordan last season and decides to stay with the Jazz at the end.

If Hayward leaves then we all of a sudden need two all star level players in order to be able to compete for championships instead of just one. Our cap is a mess if he leaves. We'll be just good enough that we won't have great draft picks. It destroys our position if he goes. I know we have young guys who can develop. That might be a saving grace. But it's highly unlikely that two of them develop to an all star level. And if they did, it probably won't be for another 2-3 years which damages our window with Rudy.
I don't get the hold up. If he is going to Boston why keep delaying it. This is really making him look bad. Bartelstine can't be happy either. He has a great reputation and this can't be a ok with this.
