Undisputed HATES Gordo going to the Celtics. Claims big mistake

Both of which are highly valuable trade assets, not to mention the future BKN + LAL/SAC & excess talent. Also, I would be shocked if Hayward isn't part of the long-term future. I expect him to be the young veteran leader/2nd coach, IT to get traded by the deadline, & the FO to attempt to move Horford while continuing to stockpile assets for the next available superstar.
Not so highly valuable if they don't get the minutes they need to show case their skills. I mean, you answered yourself already. If they do want Heywood for long term, and trade IT, why would they not go for Fultz and instead get another SF?

I haven't really seen enough to convince me that Hayward is a fit for team leader or "player coach." He seemed to give up that role pretty easily. I would argue he fell somewhere behind Joe Ingles with these qualities. Boston is IT's team.

Booker argued that Hayward's lack of interest in that role is the primary reason he left.

Brad Stevens is a big proponent of positionless basketball. So I don’t think it matters.

It matters when you give up most of your major pieces. How's he even gonna work out the lineups/rotations without Crowder, Olynyk and possibly one of Bradley/Smart?

There's no way Brown doesn't get mins & I would be shocked if Tatum didn't as well. As far on passing on Fultz, I imagine DA is stockpiling assets in hopes of landing thst #1 option if/when he becomes available.

Fair enough, Hayward certainly doesn't come off as a natural leader. I do believe he will be the "player coach" however, due to his rapport with BS. And I don't envision IT in their long-term plans so I believe it will eventually become Hayward's team over time.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Ainge doesn't offer IT a big deal next season. He may have his eyes on a better option. Probably already talking to Westbrook.

lol @ celtic fans thinking that hayward was the reason for our 50 game win season. hahaa.
