I also like Mirotic but I don't see any reason Chicago we get rid of him expect for a lottery pick. They will also match any reasonable contact. Jazz should try though. Probably already have at least made a call.
Well Chicago has made a lot of wtf moves. Maybe they really like Favors and they S&T Mirotic for Favors.I also like Mirotic but I don't see any reason Chicago we get rid of him expect for a lottery pick. They didn't pay Ingles 13 a year to be a 6th man. I'll just say that. Exum isnt starting with Rubio. That would be Corbin level coaching.I'm honestly thinking that the Jazz are going to start Dante as the SG and Hood as the SF. I wouldn't personally hate that either, then they can bring Mitchell/Burks/Ingles/Johnson off the bench as a strong second unit. Probably not as flashy as most fans would want, but we need to focus on developing these younger guys now.

Andre Roberson just signed 30/3 and he is a starter who is a top 3 perimeter defender in the nba. These days, 13 million is backup money...

He's also a wing that shoots 24% on 3 point shots last year and 26 % in his career. He may start for his team, but he is a role player. There will always be more of a premium on scoring. We'll see if he continues to start with PG on board, or if he backs him up. Ingles may end up starting, but whether he starts or comes off the bench, his role will be the same.
Allen Crabbe makes 17 million a year and comes off the bench for Portland... Same with Turner.

You can't start Rubio/Exum/Favors/Gobert. No spacing whatsoever.
I'm really hoping for a starting 5 of
PG Rubio
SG Mitchell
SF Hood
PF Stretch 4 we haven't acquired yet
C Gobert
With Exum as the backup PG getting a decent amount of minutes. Jingles as 6th man and main backup at SG/SF. Joe Jesus as a backup SF/PF. Favors as the backup C (assuming he's still here)
Mitchell has shown some promise but he has not guarded a Thompson yet. Jingles will start if this is our roster on day 1.

Jingles will probably start. I would just prefer Mitchell even though he's a rookie. He'll have ups and downs but it's not like we're likely to go to deep into the playoffs anyway. Play the youth and let's see what they got is my approach.
Exum shot 24% but doesn't do the good things Roberson does. Instead he picks up 2 fouls in 2 possessions.

12.5 million must be the cut off figure then (re Patty Mills new deal).
