Rudy and Donovan are safe.Jazz are 2-9 in their last 11 games. But the two wins are against the Spurs and Boston.
The trade deadline is fast approaching. I can't say what this team will do. But it sure is fun to wonder and watch Spider Mitchell.
Just out of curiosity, but why move Ingles?i would look to unload ingles asap.
He should hold some value right?
Just out of curiosity, but why move Ingles?
I get the idea that Favors might get traded to get something back before he leaves.
Hood and Exum might get an offer that you don’t want to match.
Rubio and Burks might not be in the long term plans and you might want to allocate their money elsewhere.
Joe Jesus is on an expiring contract that could help a team manage their books for next year.
Neto, Jerebko, Sefalosha and Udoh are all on value deals that might be worth something to someone.
Joe Ingles clearly seems to be in the long term plans (based on his contract) and can fit in just about anywhere he’s needed (starter, bench, guard, wing, point, forward, defense, etc.) Worst case scenario, he’s the team’s glue guy for the bench and locker room. I don’t think you move Jingles for a couple of years (if at all.)
Looks like this sucker is back in the ditch. Maybe we need a new bus driver?
The weird thing is that a bunch of tankers have been winning games lately, to the point Utah could still make a decent tank. Last time I mentioned anything like this, Utah started beating teams by 40. You hear that Jazz?! You guys are the suck!
Sefalosha has some trade value. Decent player, great contract.

That’s a better reason than any others that have been offered. I just think it’s a mistake to trade guys who actually WANT to be here and sacrifice to do so. Those guys are your greatest recruiting tools. There is no reason other than age, but that might be reason enough. Ingles is now on the wrong side of 30. Our core players, Rudy and DM, are 25 and 21.
By Ingles 3rd year, he'll be 32 and in decline, with little to no trade value.
Ingles is just slow and lethargic on offense to be a starter in this league. Ingles coming off the bench would be awesome, but he's just not a starting caliber player, same as rubio.
Love Ingles but it's the truth.
Had 7 AST last night. His FGA are down. And his shooting %. REB normal. He's had only two PF in the last three games. And 0 steals in 8 out of 9 games. Maybe he's sick.
I'm a big Ingles fan. Guy competes and I love his grit and head games. I want him on the Jazz for many seasons to come. But the SF position is a primary position I'd look at upgrading. Move Ingles to the bench.
Ingles may be the most underrated player in the NBA, even his own teams fans want to trade him for some reason.
Eh, he gets paid pretty well, starts, and doesn’t put up great numbers. Most underrated player in the nba is pretty hyperbolic imo.
