Saw a rumor on twitter, just searc for Hayward and supposedly 2 sources reporting these 2 plus # 3. For #1 and # 4


I hope it is bogus
 
I've gotta believe this is BS. There is no way we would throw away Hawyard just has he is proving KOC right. I don't really think there is that much difference in overall value of the top 3 prospects (Irving, Williams, Kanter) anyway. If the Jazz did this, I would start watching golf.
 
Not only is this rumor bogus but it would be the dumbest move in Jazz history. Trading away two of the most popular Jazz players for two picks that might be good would be just plain stupid. Now if Hakeem and Jordan were in this draft I would do it but they are not. I can't wait for the draft to get here because I am already tired of all the speculation.
 
This would be a good idea if the draft had an amazing player or two but this draft is super weak so no use in making a move like thils.

To be fair, the trade doesn't really make sense for either team. This trade rumor is so stupid it's scary, because something this stupid might have some truth to it.
 
Could be true. Cavs offered #4 for Gay straight up yesterday. Memphis rejected. Cavs still have the James trade exception, so they want to trade picks for players and absorb salary.

One dude REALLY likes it, the rest think it's just awful. That's not surprising - I doubt most Cav fans have ever seen Hayward play.

But I would be very sad if we traded away Gordo for a pick in this darft.

Bell & Jefferson for the #4 pick. Make the Call KOC.
 
Miles, Bell, Tomic and #12 for #1 and #4. I'd also be willing to throw in the rights to Dragevic and Kaniel Dickens.
 
it will never happen....the jazz ain't that stupid to trade gordan hayward...he starting to become a nice player at the end of the season...look at how he took over in that utah lakers game at the staple center....ain't gonna happen...
