That was the part that stood out to me as well - the coach seating. I mean it's bizarre. The Jazz have 3 million dollars invested in Tony Bradley alone, and he's compared to everyone from Clifford Rozier to Blake Griffin, even to Kareem. He's got a bigger wingspan than Dwight Howard and Anthony Davis (7'4" vs 7'0"). Surely, had he stayed with the Tar Heels, he'd probably be on his way to the national championship while averaging a double-double and the Jazz would have no chance of drafting him.
Yet, we are potentially risking his long term health because of WHY now? It wouldn't even take a plane crash, just some major turbulance and he could hurt a knee, elbow, or whatever. And then after the damage is done. The Jazz would evaluate and ask the question, "Why did we have our future riding coach?" And there will be no good explanation, other than - we didn't want to spring for Jet Blue.
