Tony Bradley has pretty good mobility for his size. He's a right big dude -- 6'11", 250 lbs, 7'5" wingspan, 9'4.5" standing reach. He's similar in size to Steven Adams. Give him a couple years, and he might turn out to be as good.
If a team really liked Bradley and was willing to move their pick for someone they thought would be available at #21, then maybe a trade could get the Jazz up to #16. The Suns have Miami's pick at #16, which gives them a second 1st-round pick. They might float it in a trade. I don't think the Jazz would move Bradley to move up less than 5 or 6 spots, and again, it would have to be for a player they're really sold on. Maybe there's a scenario where Miles Bridges somehow drops 16, and the Suns think they have that spot covered with Josh Jackson. So they'd move the pick for Bradley and the opportunity to draft Holliday or Khyri Thomas. Hard to say. It's not likely.
