Following Potential 2018 Draftees

This thread is so freaking stupid it you think a player can't play because his wingspan is 1 inch shorter. Some of this breakdown is so idiotic.

Some of you morons wouldn't want NBA legends if you just saw their measurements.

Measurables are not the whole story, but it sure helps.

Does anyone have the green room invite list (19 players not including Doncic)? I heard Troy Brown, Dzanan Musa, Kevin Huerter didn't make the cut. Is that true? If this is true, then we pretty much know who were can pick from, if the green room invite is true to form.

as per espn

Arizona’s Deandre Ayton, Duke’s Marvin Bagley III, Michigan State’s Jaren Jackson Jr., Texas’ Mo Bamba, Alabama’s Collin Sexton, Oklahoma’s Trae Young, Duke’s Wendell Carter Jr., Missouri’s Michael Porter Jr., Villanova’s Mikal Bridges, Kentucky’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Michigan State’s Miles Bridges, Kentucky’s Kevin Knox, Texas A&M’s Robert Williams, Miami’s Lonnie Walker, Villanova’s Donte DiVincenzo, Texas Tech’s Zhaire Smith, Boston College’s Jerome Robinson, Boise State’s Chandler Hutchison and UCLA’s Aaron Holiday.

You wanted to know why people didn’t like DD very much. People answered your question. You call them morons. The LoPo cycle.

I don’t hate DD, but there is a zero percent chance he’s my favorite guy on the board at 21. Which means I won’t really like the pick if it’s him. Do the Jazz know what they’re doing better than me? Yep. But my initial reaction would be disappointment, I wouldn’t be able to help it. Afterwards, I’d hope he becomes the best player in the draft.

You said he had no weaknesses. I pointed out an obvious weakness. I never said he cant play. You really need to learn how to read.

Get the Villanova guys, DD and Spellman. Not sure how. Maybe trade our two future second rounders that are owed to us for one of Philly's picks in the 30s, then dump 52 for a future second rounder.

I'm edging into a potentially irrational liking of Spellman, he's one of the most unique players of this draft. He probably wouldn't be my first choice at whoever's there at 21, but if he was selected, I wouldn't be at all pissed.

I'm totally on board. Maybe trade back from 21 AND trade up from 52?

Here's my list of 5, though the've been in my sig...

1) Troy Brown (the poor man's Paul Pierce)
2) Jerome Robinson (the value-pick Jamal Murray)
3) Elie Okobo (Le Lillard)
4) Kevin Huerter (the Ginger Bogdanovic)
5 & 5a) Simons & Okogie

I'm okay with it if they take Musa. He might be really good, just haven't watched him much.

Jerome Robinson is a green room invite. I'm sorry. :(

Teams may not be entirely honest about which players they recommend for the Green Room. Someone may take Huerter or Brown in the teens.

I guess I lose my sanity when somebody goes out of their way to bash a player because his wingspan is 1 inch worse. Its just so dumb.

There are prospects with strengths stronger than Donte D. However, I firmly believe that Donte is a prospect with a comprehensive skill set. I dont believe he has a weakness. And its surely not a weakness if he is 6'5" with a 6'6" wingspan.
