I am sure that depends on the choices offered by the governing body and the individual person involved. What gender did you choose to list on your license?

What if they had XY genotype, but were androgen insensitive, so that they were born with a female body? Should they disclose that to you as well?

I learned about Harvard discriminating against Asian students. I never heard if of that before.

Uncircumcised penises require more upkeep, specially in sandy areas, due to accumilation of dirt under foreskin. I was taught at school that it originated in desert regions for this reason. But I haven't personally verified it. Could be wrong.

Lots of people have called for him to be fired/terminated. I never said there are existing laws, but people are trying to change that.

EDIT: Actually, there are laws already in NYC that cover this.

You brought up your own behavior, and I'm just curious where you draw the line you said you employ. You said that, even if you could not tell that another person was transsexual, they needed to disclose it to you before you started dating. Do you make it a point to disclose you are cissexual to every person you date?

Correct gender by legal definition in USA is Female or Male. So your correct instructions would be to fill in Female or Male in their visa documents for example. If you fill in Shemale - well, you did your job incorrectly, their visa would be invalid and you should be fired.
Apparently some countries allow intersex and mark it as Other or X.... but not USA so far.

I'll take my four years of studying a discipline that's pretty heavily involved in gender and its definition over some layman trying to describe gender in a few words.
