Game 17: Jazz vs Pacers (No-Ladipo) 5:00 MT

Imagine watching the Jazz this season and thinking that the starting lineup isn't a problem. I don't understand why Favors keeps getting the nod.
It seems like 1/3 of the games they start off really slow and Crowder come in as soon as 3 minutes after the tip.
Watching the Jazz climb out of a hole is far to common this season.

Rubio is back baby. Too bad he played by himself tonight. Trade favors please in January for anyone

Haha you say that from one game and turn and say trade Favors when he has helped this team far more than Rubio has so far this year. Bandwagon fan bitches

I'm all in on trading for Bradley Beal. They can have anyone but Ingles, Mitchell or Gobert.

Rubio plays awesome and we get destroyed. I'm not sure that is the best endorsement for Rubio.

Favors shouldn't be starting. Most nights, Rubio isn't starting quality either.

Do something DL.

I agree with some of the others that it's time to make a change to the starting lineup. We just have no spacing at all with the starting unit. We can't keep digging ourselves these big holes to start games.

So much for the when Rubio plays well, Jazz win approach. Jazz has been so inconsistent lately. They just can't get a win streak going beyond 3 win straight wins.

Bruh, the starting lineup started the game +1 before the first sub. That wasnt the issue tonight. The problem is much bigger than any individual lineup right now. Also, Jae Crowder is playing some *** defense right now.

Hopefully it's just the road heavy schedule taking a toll on them.

Feel bad for Favors cuz Rubio playing well now means 100% of scapegoating will fall on his shoulders.

So, full disclosure, I didn’t watch the game but judging by the box score, it doesn’t appear that anybody played that well, apart from Ricky.

My question is, Don with only 8 shots? Was he double teamed for the majority?

We need him to take more.

I felt like the early fouls kinda messed the Jazz up in the 1st quarter along with the turnovers, and outside of Rubio the team never really showed any fight to get the lead back. I don't know if Mitchell is still hurt but he didn't look into it tonight, and Ingles is clearly still a bit gimped with his right hand.

I thought the bench unit had a nice little run at the start of the 4th offensively along with Rubio's great offensive game overall, but the defense and in particular boxing out was abysmal for most of the game. It looked like everyone expects someone else to grab it and it ended up with most people just standing there watching the rebound as a Pacer came in and got the 2nd chance points.

C'mon Cy, we can't blame everything on Exum's 6 first half minutes every game.

Favors has been a poor fit next to Gobert for a while, but our stubborn loyalty.... Rubio is okay. He isn't near what a title contending PG is supposed to be, but he is okay.
