The only problem with this is it is a continuity error. Prof. Hulk explained that nothing they would do would affect their current timeline, like all the standard movie tropes. He made it very clear they were creating new timelines. Then, something cap did directly affected their timeline. And the part with the sorceress supreme isn't an explanation for this because it is only talking about breaking the timeline when they removed an infinity Stone. It doesn't negate hulk's explanation of time travel.
That said, I really enjoyed it. It was a solid and satisfying ending to many of the character arcs.
I was a little irritated with one trope they held to, that of not using your best weapon. Obviously Captain marvel can withstand the full power of the stones, basically because she is a living infinity Stone, so when they even hatched the idea they should have reached out to her to have her come help. She could likely have used the gauntlet with zero damage and just shoved Thanos into a hole with it when he came on the scene. It's a mistake they make in some of the stand-alone movies for the individual characters too. Like you'll see a moment in a captain America movie and go "man if iron Man were here this would be over in less than a minute", but of course they don't call him because, franchise plot? That's irritating.
