Lol, seriously bro? You're gonna play the... "merrrrrr, I haitz grung muzik" card?
Don't remember mentioning grunge at all. Maybe re-read my post and ponder on how to better reply next time around.

His post or Winehouse's death?
I'm saying doing something or not still comes down to a choice. Whether factors are identical for everyone is kind of moot to me. The crux of the 12-step program is that you are powerless over your addiction, yet you can conquer what you are powerless over by INVENTING a deity to submit to if need be.
It seems to me that accountability is becoming increasingly rare in our world.
Labeling doctors' very vast and unspecific prognosis as this or that isn't my point. My point is people have a heyday rationalizing behavior with vast, unspecific prognoses.
I don't even know where to start with this. I guess it would be to say that it's completely irrelevant, not applicable, and I find it significantly more offensive than my assertion that people in general could afford to be more accountable with their actions and those of others. So you agree that being gay and being attracted to the same gender is a choice that can be overcome by self-accountability?
That is such an inane, retarded, and irrelevant question, and I don't even know where to start with how to **** on it.
And sure, addiction in some cases is a disease. Calling it as such seems to be a crutch to a whole lot of people, though.
Now you're back-pedaling. Either you are self-accounatble for your actions and behaviors or you're not. You can't pick and choose. Grow a pair and pick a philosophy.
Is there a cure for addiction yet?
Everyone except for the mentally ill or mentally handicapped are responsible for their actions. I picked and chose, and the weirdest thing happened, there were more options than the ones presented me.
I think he was just pointing out that Cobain and Nirvana sucked, and shouldn't be put into the same category of the previous. I would agree.
As for this drug addicted tool, I say good riddance. Her music sucked, her attitude sucked, her face sucked. She was in a position of fame, had many fans that were young and impressionable, and this is what she was all about. Congrats, you stupid ugly bitch.
Wait wait wait...I know you're Trout and all, but were you not the guy ripping on people in the Osama thread for celebrating death? Winehouse dying>Osama dying? I don't get it.
I didn't see it as Trout celebrating her death. I saw it as him stating his opinion is all. I'm sure he doesn't like Osama and will gladly say bad things about him if you asked.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought it was also made clear that he thought no person deserved to die and that those who are in favor of death, regardless of the situation, were in the wrong. Again, I could be off on this one, it may have been someone else. I just think saying "Good Riddance" in reference to the death of a young woman that we no virtually nothing about, besides her addictions, is a bit harsh, especially while being on the other side of the argument when referring to a mass murderer and terrorist war lord. I still heart Trout.
