I agree with your assessment of the coaches he's played for, but if you're saying he won't improve the bench based on one game, I strongly disagree.

To go from Harkless/Aminu to bazemore/melo is a major downgrade no matter how you look at it dude

Especially consider Blazers record right before they acquired Nurk in 2017, and their record since trading for him. Blazers ain't no playoff team this year just based on their roster and it's hardly a surprise to see them struggling the way they did

Put the ball in DM’s hand may not be the best for us at the moment, but definitely the best way for us to develop his game and help him taking his game to the next level. Harden would not be the star that he is now had him stayed with OKC and not given the primary ball handling role. Likewise Ginannis would not have become the MVP had Bucks not surrounded him with 4 shooters and let him do his work. People here talked about wishing DM to elevate his game but it won't happen with him standing in the corner while watching Conley doing his little dance then bricking a floater
 
Jazz are 7-3 since Conley went down with that injury, Mitchell averaging 26.3/5.2/4.1 as the pseudo PG, averaging nearly 8 assists per game over the last 3. Better than I expected.

wow... What is this hot mess? This is one awful take. They’re without Nurkic, Collins, and Hood due to injury. Lost Aminu and Harkless to other teams. And were so desperate to fill their roster that they’re now starting one of our all-time best players, Crymelo Anthony.

But sure, yeah, they’re the same as last year...

agreed. I think twice he was given the rock with the shot clock winding down. I remember his 3s being within the offense. Most of them were wide open and just barely in and out. If

Not much since Conley doesn't fit next to DM. The issue with him and ED is the system. We can't ask them to become someone they are not. Not at their given age

Well DM still needs work on his court vision and decision making for sure but I do believe he will get there. We just need to keep believing in him instead of bringing in some ball hogs who wanna take the ball out of his hand.
