ha... nothing that can happen will stop this... ever.Wow, something needs to happen soon so y'all will stop bitching at each other, and some decent conversation can happen around here.
I agree. This Rudy vs Don divide is incredibly annoying. It's been going on since the COVID diagnosis and hasn't really stopped since. I'm hoping that this all goes away when one or both is traded, but I doubt it.Wow, something needs to happen soon so y'all will stop bitching at each other, and some decent conversation can happen around here.
Or Mitchell’s fault. Like ever.Definitely not Rudy's fault. Like ever
In fairness, Rudy could be prime Olajuwon and it wouldn’t matter with Mitchell’s high usage rate combined with his below average passing.Nobody blames Rudy for anything. Are you serious?
If we said that we lost a series because of Rudy, people would lose their minds around here. Hell, they already did when somebody said we would have beaten the Clippers, or Nuggets, or Mavs if Rudy had an offensive game.
Can you explain why our defensive rating is significantly better with Rudy on the court and significantly worse when he's on the bench. The only reason Rudy has good offensive stats and offensive rating is because of Mitchell.
Am I doing it right?

And
Why it's significantly worse when Don is on the court and significantly better when he's on the bench?
Rudy would be so much better offensively if Donovan passed him the ball. It's not Rudy's fault he can't post up but it's Donovan's fault for not always getting Rudy the ball in the only place where Rudy can be successful with it.The only reason Rudy has good offensive stats and offensive rating is because of Mitchell.

DefensivelyCool do Trae next
I blame Don all the time. Late game performances. Piss poor defense. Etc. I own it.Or Mitchell’s fault. Like ever.
It works both ways.

I can see blaming Rudy for our playoff losses a year ago. But this year (and the last month of the regular season) were on Mitchell and / or Snyder. Something was off with Mitchell… not sure if it was physical or mental. Hope he gets it back together, because prior to this year Mitchell was historically amazing in the playoffs.
Embiid? Try Wilt.Rudy would actually be just like Embiid if we would just pass him the damn ball.
Defensively
Trae on court - 116.6 | off court 111.7 (4.9 points worse)
Don on court -111.7 | off court 105.2 (6.5 points worse)
So Don on court made us almost 2 points worse defensive than Trae made the Hawks
Lol yeah no ****$62M invested into Huerter, Collins, and Cappella for the foreseeable future. Yikes.
I'd rather send Rudy to Sacramento for Holmes, Barnes, and #4
Because DRtg isn't a great tool to evaluate individual player success on defense. Don's numbers will be better if he's playing with an elite defender like Rudy because the team as a whole is better defensively. We are comparing Donovan vs Trae defensively and for some reason you brought up Rudy.
You have made posting here such a miserable experience.Right on cue @MT Steve comes around trying to bend the conversation instead of actually making discussion points.
I like how that @YoungJefe clown ghosted as soon as I asked for Trae’s on/off defensive stats lmao. ****ing clown.
What in the ****.
It’s not the difference it’s the actual rating that we are talking about and why are you lying about Trae’s defensive rating it was 117.8 this year.
Donovan on court is 6 points lower than Trae.
