Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

You can also play multiple pgs though. I was one of the guys touting Donovan as a "pg" early. Like it still makes way more sense than burning all that **** on centers... none of which could shoot or projected as shooters.
I didn't mean to enter a debate. I just noticed my original post was in response to this debate about which is worse. I think you're right sinking first round picks into a position like backup center is probably worse, but I think we can all agree that the Jazz have done a ****** job of managing assets. I mainly just wanted to point out that they weren't even following the very philosophy they had been touting about and were so proud to talk about. It's crazy how incompetent the Jazz brass have been.

Regardless of the direction they choose, I just hope something happens soon for the sake of my weekly screen time reports.

I used to be a respected person in my community. A husband, a father of 3 and generally, a nice guy to be around.

But since the Gobert trade, I’ve been hunkered in my basement hitting the refresh button every 30 seconds while scouring Jazzfanz and Twitter and pee’ing in a mason jar.
My research into human nature, society, and the acquisition of knowledge has likewise been compromised by Jazz-related hypotheses of a highly speculative nature.

I said this a few pages ago. The Miami Heat have putt ALL of their offseason eggs in the KD basket while Boston added Brogdon and Gallanri without disrupting their core.

If Phoenix ends up with KD, Riley is going to frantically up his efforts to acquire Donovan, and it’s going to cost him dramatically.

Where in my post did I say we’d sign stars? I said good players along with hopefully a star in the next draft or two.

At least you were respected. I never made it that far. Before internet as a kid I spent my time learning the art of tea leaves trying to decipher WTF the jazz were doing. Then one day I discovered the internet, and that was the end, no one ever saw me again.
So we draft a star who is going to take X amount of years to develop and Mitchell is going to be cool? Especially if we flame out in free agency?

It just doesn't make sense.

I'm curious what he already offered. The issue is what they have... not necessarily what they would offer. Can they spin Herro, Strus, Vincent, for some good draft capital to pair with their own to hand over to us? Jovic, three firsts and swaps from Miami, Robinson, and the gold they spin from straw for Herro is all they can offer. I like Herro okay but have talked with him plenty. I'm not sure Riley has put that full package on the table yet as it would be tough to offer that for KD and Donovan then have the Nets take you seriously.

What could Heat get for Herro?

- Nets re-route some Suns or Lakers picks for him when they trade KD/Kyrie?
- Orlando owns a couple picks from Denver/Chicago... would they give those and one of their own? Kinda rich maybe.

Not sure what would be there for him.
