Barrett, then unprotected 1st round picks.
IDK, I'm not the best at this stuff, but this is what RealGM says:I’m fairly certain you’re wrong on this. It’s only protected 1-4. The Pelicans traded it to Portland who traded it to Detroit for Jerami Grant who traded it to the Knicks.
If it lands 1-4 it goes to Milwaukee if not the Knicks get it.
Milwaukee's 2025 1st round pick to New Orleans protected for selections 5-30 or to New York protected for selections 1-4 (Milwaukee's obligation to New Orleans or New York will thereafter be extinguished) (via New Orleans to Portland to Detroit to New York) [Denver-Milwaukee-New Orleans-Oklahoma City, 11/23/2020; New Orleans-Portland, 2/8/2022; Detroit-Portland, 7/6/2022; Detroit-New York, 7/6/2022]
IDK, I'm not the best at this stuff, but this is what RealGM says:
That sounds like NYK only gets it if it's 1-4 to me.
I would agree what you are saying makes more sense, but I would have to see it on another website. That **** makes no sense and is not correct.
Portland got New Orleans 1st in 2022 if it landed within 5-14 in the McCollum deal. It did not and it conveyed to Milwaukee’s 2025 1st 1-4 protected.
They then traded that pick to Detroit for Jerami Grant who then traded it to the Knicks.
Why would Detroit trade Jerami Grant for a pick that would only convey if it landed 1-4 in 2025. That’s just not correct information.
I would agree what you are saying makes more sense, but I would have to see it on another website.
Well if no Barrett, they can f there family memebers. It start there and addsI don't think Barrett is available - Knicks are happy to give up any other player with guys like Fournier a given because of salary.
In terms of draft picks, I think the Knicks four actual unprotected picks are the baseline. My guess is Ainge wants those and probably another 2023 pick with the intention of flipping it to a 2024 pick with no protections so we can be in that draft. I have a hard time believing Knicks would forfeit six #1's but would love to be proven wrong.
barrett isn't very good. and for a young player who is supposed to be getting better, he was actually worse in his third year than he was in his second.Well if no Barrett, they can f there family memebers. It start there and adds
Middleton has similar trajectory? No? Mean he seems to have more alto showbarrett isn't very good. and for a young player who is supposed to be getting better, he was actually worse in his third year than he was in his second.
Well to me he clearly isnt a #1 guy, maybe not even a #2, but if you put him on a better team he'd probably look much better. Knicks roster was just very lack luster in terms of creation ability and passing.barrett isn't very good. and for a young player who is supposed to be getting better, he was actually worse in his third year than he was in his second.

I'd agree with this take. Barrett's three point shooting is suspect, but he's a clear top echelon guy on a contender and those don't grow on trees.Well to me he clearly isnt a #1 guy, maybe not even a #2, but if you put him on a better team he'd probably look much better. Seems jazz need a good known and not just draft I think it’s true. I agree with youI’m not sure how you can say he isn’t very good. He didn’t get worse either he didn’t shoot it from 3 as well is all. We can work with that.
yeah, he did get worse. TS% his second year was 53% - which is still bad. His third year it dropped to 51% which is near the basketball mendoza line - we'll call it the Elfrid line for now. and he was the same way at duke. he's just a guy who likes to shoot a lot and take bad shots despite the fact he isn't very good at making them.I’m not sure how you can say he isn’t very good. He didn’t get worse either he didn’t shoot it from 3 as well is all. We can work with that.
I fixed the Milwaukee pick thing since I think it's probably like Huge said.
I listed them all for you...Too much to list all of them, but top for me would be Barrett, unprotected Knicks picks and Grimes. I’d be very happy with Barrett, Grimes and 4 unprotected Knicks picks. Some filler needed (Fournier?), preferably directly rerouted elsewhere.
And I appreciate that. I just meant it’s too much for me to go through the whole list on a mobile device, so I mentioned the ones that interest me most.I listed them all for you...
