I think that’s the sweet spot this year. Any top 10 pick should land a solid prospect with serious upside.I'm still hopeful that the Jazz will be drafting at #8 and #13.

Hawkins is probably there at that point as well. There's going to be upside at #13 too, whether that's Sensabaugh, GG, Hendricks, Howard or Dick.
Jazz are in great shape. But I am envious of the Magic. Their own and the Bulls picks is a sweet deal.I'm still hopeful that the Jazz will be drafting at #8 and #13.
I would hate that draft. Way too risky with both Jackson and Bilal. Need better defendersNBA Draft Room Mock
I feel like NBA Draft Room has a lot of the guys I like mocked in about the range that I expect them to go (for now). I hope they’re off on a couple of them, but if the Jazz walk away with Jordan Hawkins, GG Jackson and Biliail Coulibali - I’d be okay with that. Haven’t decided who I like most on that last pick, but Lively, Flip and Leonard Miller are all still on their board and I’m having a heated discussion about all of them.
I'm just not a GG fan... so would hate any draft that has him. If that is how the board fell I think Wallace, Jett or Hawkins, and Bilal is fine.I would hate that draft. Way too risky with both Jackson and Bilal. Need better defenders
Again, lock stepi've cooled on walker quite a bit just the last few weeks. just doesn't do anything most games. sorta passive, struggles to create with the ball in his hands, his shooting (both from three and the FT line) is suspect, etc. not sure i'd take TH over all those guys but he's absolutely in the conversation with Cam, Black and George - I'd take him over Wallace and NSJ without batting an eye.
I agree, and would probably look at either Flip or Lively at the 27th pick - but I’m still good with them taking a flier on GG and I like Hawkins a lot.I would hate that draft. Way too risky with both Jackson and Bilal. Need better defenders
no I doubt this org is taking Hendricks that early. Maybe turns out to be a mistake if he was there and we didn't, depends on where we pick. also think any win now org will take a long look at Hawkins as high as 6th. He could be the Lillard of this draft, the guy who everyone thought would not go that high but proved he should have been in the top 3 4 years from nowSo I guess what I want to see at this point is Hendricks with the first pick, Hawkins with the second pick, and GG Jackson with our last pick.
Anyone think that is possible?
having a lot of picks is cool but I am kind of leaning towards this entire thing being a pretty huge dud if we make the playoffs, since the Wolves are probably making the playoffs now smhThe lead up to the draft is gonna be huge around here. It'd be funny if we only end up making one pick or something.
Lottery night is going to be dramatic af. I wonder if the representative for the winner will go nuts, or is able to stay composed.
why? I think he being slept on as a top 10 lock. Granted he has had some stinkers lately maybe be some questions about his shot selection as typical of most over confident first options. His combination of on or off ball basketball chops, and IQ, combined with that sneaky explosiveness, is going to get him looks pretty high.Hawkins is probably there at that point as well.
I can't remember a draft where I was so wishy washy over so many players. One game a guy looks great and the next game he does almost nothing. So many guys are in that possible lottery group but pretty much no one is creating any kind of separation. Sidy and Hendricks may be the guys that benefit the most and jump into the top 10 when it is all said and done.i've cooled on walker quite a bit just the last few weeks. just doesn't do anything most games. sorta passive, struggles to create with the ball in his hands, his shooting (both from three and the FT line) is suspect, etc. not sure i'd take TH over all those guys but he's absolutely in the conversation with Cam, Black and George - I'd take him over Wallace and NSJ without batting an eye.
GG won’t fall that far… the other two definitely possible. So I guess what I want to see at this point is Hendricks with the first pick, Hawkins with the second pick, and GG Jackson with our last pick.

The not having a pick next year makes me think along these same lines.lol at the narrative of us not using all our picks this year.
Sure, that's possible, but I see no reason why that is likely. Our roster is *** cheeks with talent. The Jazz need to stock pile some talent and we have no picks next year. Why not make all 3 this year? This draft is considered deep, so make all 3.
