Following potential 2012 draftees

Some one compared Barnes to glenn rice so went and youtubed rice and I think rice is Barnes ceiling. He was what 3 to 5 time all star. I would take that. Would not complain with him on the jazz. On the other hand mkg has the potential to be a scottie Pippen type of player 50 greatest of all time. I take mkg.

Do I really have to repeat myself? Yes, he has potential to be Scottie Pippen type of player. I do not believe he has top 50 greatest of all time potential though. And by Scottie Pippen type of player I mean he could win a Championship with Michael Jordan and Dennis Rodman.

Sorry, let me better ask the question. What do you believe Pippen did in his career that MKG could not do?

I don't bicker with Cyrone. I just try to help him see the error of his ways. Really just trying to be a cool big bro to the lil lost one.

Haha for the record, I have zero problems with Cyrone, and I think I get along with him pretty well. Ive just never really understood his MKG pessimism, seeing as he's probably much less likely to bust than someone like harrison barnes. Yes, Barnes has the higher ceiling of the two, but if you're betting on a guaranteed contributor, the choice is very clear. Plus, him posting Barnes's 40 point game amused me, seeing as by that logic, then CJ must be a god

The video I posted was a ACC Tournament game (has significance and Barnes carried the team from behind). The one you posted was during a crap of a season against the worst team in the league.

I don't think there is anything Pippen could do that MKG can't, but he can't do it as well for many reasons.

1. He isn't as good
2. The rules have changed and playing hard perimeter defense isn't as easy as it was back then, making defensive wings less important.
