Just going to burn down the bolded.
1. Yes you did. You hated him more than anyone except maybe Numbs. You thought the team would be better without him. If I was to say, for instance, that Kanter is a stupid, lazy, selfish player that will never get any better it would certainly be fitting for someone to accuse me of calling him garbage. Of course Kanter is not those things, just an example.
2. As I tried to show you about 50 times in the offseason, his salary has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING. It's not your money. Utah does not have a single key player that needs to be re-signed in the period remaining on his contract. The fact you focus on this so much really shows the weakness of the rest of your agenda driven hate.
3. The point of including Sap is to stress the overemphasis that many fans had put on the young players, including you. It's very easy to fall into a mindset in which a team is in total nuke mode when there is a lot of new talent. Utah wasn't and It's obvious now that the veterans are the main factor in Corbin's success implementing his new approach. Not accusing you of hating Sap.
4. Nowitzki again, LOL! As if it's a crime for Jefferson to take a wide open J. He can certainly hit that shot. It's not a good thing to do all the time but he hits it at a reasonable rate. And no, he doesn't just shoot the ball every time he touches it. Wrong again.
5. This is more classic Sepanol. AJ can't be a good player based on scoring/stats, but if you think he had a bad game it's all good to bring them up. This is exactly what I mean about talking out of both sides of your mouth. Even bringing up stats you ignore his good ones, the 4 ASSISTS and 13 BOARDS. Aren't we talking about a lazy, selfish, stupid player? Or are the Clips a terrible rebounding front court? Al had an impact on the game while having a very poor shooting night, which is what good players have to be able to do.
Go to your room.
Lets make things clear again since you dont seem to have the brain to understand my posts or maybe my english is too bad to explain.
I never said Big Al is garbage or never hated him so much, at least not as much as you hated Kanter. I was very happy when we traded him but after watching him whole year, i had a conclusion that he is something like another Boozer, maybe has more ambition for winning instead of money, thats it. And it was long before Kanter was drafted, so why would i see him like a barrier in front of Kanter?
Of course if we extend him to a long term contract i would see it that way, but now there is no reason for that, if Kanter is as good as i back him up and Jefferson is not an amazing player like you imagine, he will already be traded latest in 2 years, because somehow we need to balance the salaries you know? It is not my freaking money but you cant have 5 superstars in one team unless you convince them to get mid level exception each.
Millsap is right now the best player in this team, he is a perfect proof how can someone play basketball without having the best physical advantage. He is everything that Jefferson isnt, he plays with his brain, he plays 300% of his capacity, while Jefferson plays with 30%. I think Jefferson is more talented overall but when you are stupid, it doesnt make any difference. I dont know how things gonna end up in a few years, but honestly i wouldnt like if Millsap will be paid 14 py, because he isnt worth that much, and Big Al , hell no he doesnt worth 14-15. This year it seems ok since we are already under salary cap but that will be a big problem in future as we have so many young and talented guys. It is not my money but maybe your little brain can take why i am worried so much about money now.
And yes, it is very stupid for him to take so many wide open shots every game, because it is not his best ability, he is an average shooter as a big man, and he has good ability under the rim, why doesnt he use this ability and pass it to wide open people instead of shooting every ball he gets? That seems really stupid. I hope someone will hit his head with a big hammer and make him realize which is more smart way.
I didnt ignore his good ones, i already mentioned somewhere, maybe in another thread that it was impressive he had 4 assists and 13 boards, which still i dont think he is a good rebounder, but i also told 4-14 is a slightly better than **** for such a good scorer big man. For me stats are important until some point, but it prevents you to see the big picture, it doesnt show your decision making ability, your defensive ability, your basketball iq, so it is pretty much something only people who doesnt watch any basketball games rely on. I prefer to first watch the game and then look at the stats.
To sum up, Jefferson is not a complete player, even in his best games, you can never point out that he played really smart or he made the best choices in every possession while you say this every game for Millsap. However even though he is stupid, lazy, cant defend (not selfish though he doesnt pass because he doesnt have iq), he is a very talented big man, thanks to his talents and his big body, he can make tough shots and scores in some difficult situations. But it is not enough to carry a contender in your shoulders you know, in a team that everyone is playing well, he plays good because they dont come to double team up or pressure him so much, but he can be a franchise player only in Minnesota of 2 years ago, which he couldnt even be there, they moved him when they found Kevin Love.
So as much as i am ok with him staying 1 more year, i still see no future of him and jazz together. Because he is .. he is Big Al , thats it
