I assumed Caleb Love ran out of eligibility too. His NIL $$$$ is probably more than his pro paycheck would be. I still like him more than most people do, but show me the money!!!!

He measured with a near equal wingspan to height, only weighed 190 lbs, and had a smaller standing vertical than Zach Edey...

I just think the dude is so far away physically I have no idea why he's going pro so early.

Maybe I'm misremembering, but Locke is getting more into the draft this year than he has in recent memory.

I'm not worried about the athletic testing at all. I think he just a solid bet and I think the concerns I have with his body now will go away in a couple years with work and just nature. I think his frame will be able to support some decent weight/strength gains.
 
I saw the usual circulating rumors about the Jazz being willing to trade their picks, but one of them said the Jazz were shopping their first-round picks. I wonder if that means they're targeting someone at #32.
 
One guy who could offer nice value later in the draft is Izan Almansa. His combination of size and athleticism are similar to a young Joaquim Noah. He has a pretty big physical presence, runs the floor well, goes hard after rebounds and could develop in a few different ways. He's still 18.
 
Locke is talking a lot about the draft could mean the Jazz are looking to just trade out of the entire 1st round this year.

I don't think the Jazz will trade out of the draft, mainly because several teams are trying to move picks and the Jazz's picks probably won't bring back much in a trade. There could be 8 or 10 picks on the market just in the 1st round.
 
Sarr, Risacher, Clingan, Topic, Sheppard, Williams and Castle are all likely gone before 10. Detroit allegedly likes Buzelis and there's some connection there with his agent, but who knows.

Knecht, Dillingham, Carter and Holland seem most likely to be there at #10, with Salaun being something of a wildcard. Why am I not excited.
