Yeah thought about this as well - but at this stage I'd think what we need is a more experienced hand at the helm. I know he can shoot the 3pt, but I'd be more interested in someone like Hinrich.

personally, i think he & his reputation has been a little over-rated. plus didnt we already resign Watson prior?
KOC wouldve never had Harris, Watson, Billups all under guarantee contracts for this team.

The Lakers are a possibility. The only problem is that they don't have any player(s) worth the salary that would have to be added to match.

Blake + Walton + 2012 Lakers 1st/Dallas protected first for Harris

Utah acquires another 1st for taking back Luke. Not too likely, but I thought I'd throw it out there.;)

You see pkm we post all these ideas so if some one just by chance happens across the real trade the can say I told you so. Like last year I recommended the jazz do the nj trade when it was still an option for ny and got lambasted so we will continue to post.

I mentioned Augustin in another thread but wanted to talk specifically about this. The poll thread went up while I was writing this.

No need to apologize. There's clearly no rules with regard to threads.

JazzSpazz is just jealous ..

rather than resort to posting the role of the bully.

calderon was and can be a poor man's stephen curry, id do this trade
I liken him to a poor-poor man's version of Nash or poor man's Rubio...

and by reading all of these post, it seems like he'd be our Boozer at PG. that said, I think wouldnt mind swapping both PGs as Devin hasnt been great on D this year anyways.

By using multiple statistics in a season where Nash didn't have a shot-blocker to boost his stats until later, he is the 7th best PG defensively in the NBA. He doesn't use steals (Nash doesn't get a lot of steals) which can be valuable, but he explains why. When anyone makes a statement about "best" or "worst", you have to ask in what specifically, and in the way Scalleta defines a good defensive player, Nash is 7th best. He may be deficient in other ways defensively, but what are they?

My point is that Steve Nash is not an elite defensive PG. He just isn't. He gets blown by and abused with regularity. I'm calling into question the level of legitimacy of his results.

How about we play it out w/ Harris & possibly trade he/Jefferson to Boston for Rondo (trade work this offseason)?

Harris-Allen-Pierce-Garnett-Jefferson seems like a contending team to me, along w/ Green-Bass-Bradley...?

I like it. And good job making the case for the celts.

If I was a bully I would have thrown in a personal attack.
It could be possible I am just sick of the same new threads going up constantly.
I really don't want to make anyone cry though, even if I am.
